The Great Neck Tattoo Debate

Last week a blogger over at the site Jezebel.com, Jane Marie, was turned down for a tattoo. In short the artist, Dan Bythewood of New York Adorned, refused to tattoo her neck. Both her initial blog and his response on inkedmag.com have really gotten people all riled up.  How do we feel about?  Well, let’s just say the two most common tattoos we remove are Names and Wedding Rings.  The two most common places?  Fingers and Necks.

It’s official: Army issues new tattoo rules

It’s official: Soldiers can now get their arms, legs and most of their bodies covered in tattoos.  Face, neck and hand tattoos, however, remain against regulation, with the exception of one ring tattoo per hand. Racist, derogatory and sexist tattoos are also outlawed.
